Mentoring Philosophy

The purpose of my input is to:

  • Teach new skills where appropriate
  • Help influence thinking to impact results through changed behaviour
  • Coach existing skill and ability to improve outcomes
  • Provide a sounding board for direction and critical business decisions for individual growth and the development of organisations.

Over the years I have developed a philosophy for the transfer of wisdom and skill without creating co-dependence in the mentoring/coaching relationship.
